LLANGLEY
Youthful Outlook
Greatful Attitude
Often
the pace and the many demands of our modern society sweep us along,
carrying us from one task , responsibility and thought to the
next
the thoughts, responsibilities and tasks and seem endless.
Often
when caught up in the pressures of daily life our awareness of
the beauty, love, potential and possibilities in every moment
is lost..
Often
life is lived patterns...the patterns often leading to imbalances
the imbalances often resulting in restrictions and limitations
to well-being and freedom.
Each
moment is filled with infinite choices and endless possibilities.
Choices made in the present moment often determine well-being
in this moment and in the future.
Often
getting caught up in the notion there is no choice
or it cant be done results in actions and beliefs
reflecting limiting nature of that notion.
Henry
Ford once said: There are two kinds of people, those who
believe they can and those who believe they cant, and they
are both right.
Limitations
are real and are to be respected but they are not static. They
are dynamic. From an acceptance and awareness of the limitations
existing in the present moment, intentions may be formed that
when energized and transformed into action reduce imbalances allowing
restrictions and limitations to melt away resulting in more freedom.
Living
in the momentgrateful for lifegratetful for each breathgrateful
for the ability to move and the freedom it allows. Brining youthful
imagination, creativity, dreams, hope, sense of wonder, and willingness
to learn every momentaware of the endless possibilities
and choices presented in each moment...intending to take less
for granted...connected to and a part of all that is
Make
time for yourself...
Who
is LLangley?
Larry
practices yoga daily. He emphasizes the importance of listening
to your body and practicing at your own comfort level. He
brings empathy and compassion to his classes where he teaches
that by balancing patience with regular and frequent practice
of the asanas and meditation, it is possible to feel younger,
release stress, gain flexibility, and achieve an improved sense
of well being -- all while having a little fun!
Introduced
to yoga in 1983 primarily as a means of stretching before and
after running, in 1997 Larry began practicing under the direction
of the co-founder and owner of The Davenport School of Yoga. Larry
presented his first class in 1998, is certified and has accumulated
over 7,500 in-class hours of experience teaching yoga.
