Larry
Langley was introduced to yoga in 1983 as a means of stretching
before and after running. He has been teaching yoga since 1998,
is certified, and has over 7,500 hours of in-class teaching experience.
Larry
practices yoga daily. He emphasizes the importance of "listening
to your body" and practicing at your own comfor level. He
brings empathy and compassion to his classes where he teaches
that by balancing patience with regular and frequent practice
