(TM) During this time of the year there are many expectations and responsibilities requiring our attention and our energy. It is important to have the intentions to stay balanced, centered, focused and maintain present moment awareness. Practicing yoga regularly and receiving therapeutic massages on a regular basis are wonderful ways to energize and make manifest these intentions. Support your own intentions and facilitate the efforts of your friends and your family by giving gifts to encourage behavior leading towards balance - recognizing that much of what we do and what happens in our lives draws us away from balance.
