fitness center is on the west side of the Memorial Gym, across
the circular drive from the Center for Fine Arts. Here are the
1) From Main St. go South on Prairie toward Knox College
2) Drive through the 4-way stop on South St., and continue
on Prairie past the next street (Berrien)
3) Drive past the fenced field with the outdoor track on
your right, and take the next right turn
4) You should now be on a long driveway, with parking on either
side. The Fieldhouse (indoor track) and Memorial Gym are on your
left, and the circular drive and fitness center are at the end
of the driveway
5) If you cant find parking in the driveway, turn
right onto Prairie and make a quick left into the auxiliary parking
6) When you enter the front door of the center, walk all
the way past the fitness machines to the yoga room in back.

"Many of you participated in the sessions that Larry offered
last spring and early summer at Knox. Your enthusiasm during those
classes convinced Larry to come back to Galesburg. For those of you
who have not had the pleasure of taking instruction from Larry before,
let me give you a brief description.
Larry teaches a form of yoga based upon Iyengar Hatha yoga, with
an emphasis upon developing strength, flexibility, breath control,
and relaxation techniques. You learn a lot in his classes, but they're
also fun and gentle. He's much more spiritual and laid back than other
Iyengar teachers we've worked with at other studios. If you're familiar
at all with Erich Schiffman's approach, Larry is very similar. . .
